How to effectively speak into a child’s life.

Have a some understanding of the the different worlds or major fields of study. Example: Engineering, Medicine, Mathematics, Legislative etc.

See the talents they possess. The ones that are hard to pin point at times but the child does things that lead you to believe to at least ask the question, “have you tried”?

Have faith in their ability to become productive. Be compassionate and attune to the broken hearted. Treat them as you hoped you received and thought possible.
